Challenge

One of the limitations is the inability to demonstrate Athena AI’s bidding solutions without requiring users to download CSV files. This process can be cumbersome for some users and may hinder the seamless experience we aim to provide.

Solution

Create an override capability allows users to view Athena’s bidding solutions as well as make changes based on information the user has access to but is not available to Athena

User Workflows

Understanding these workflows as well as other research channels allowed us to identify that giving users the ability to manually override Athena AI was top priority. This provided the user to ability to quickly take control of their asset especially when they may have information that Athena was not aware of yet.

Feedback Enhancments

User Feedback provided insight that screen real estate was premium with so many bidding markets. The filter was used intermittently and was wasted space when not needed.

Solution was to streamline the header and allow the filter to be collapsed but informative that filters were applied.
